This guard-gated neighborhood located just north of Pacific Coast Highway and west of Golden West off Palm, offers homes in Mediterranean, English Tudor and French Chateau architectural styles. Built by Cayman Development from 1985 to 1989, SeaCliff on the Greens is known for its lush landscape of mature trees and sidewalks that meander through greenbelts and along waterscapes.
There are three types of homes offered at SeaCliff on the Greens. The Estate Series includes 145 single-family detached homes with seven different floor plans. The Master Series offers 102 single-family attached homes with four different floor plans. The Club Series and Club Series South with about 450 attached town homes with five floor plans. Many of these homes enjoy golf course, ocean or greenbelt views. The Home Owners Association includes 24-hour guard-operated gate, community policing and community landscaping in all Series.
