Joe Syiek
Throughout a career spent advising, starting, managing and consolidating companies in several industries, Joe has always enjoyed the challenges and rewards associated with real estate. For the past eight years, Joe has called Huntington Beach home. He focuses his efforts on helping entrepreneurs develop strategies to extract wealth from the equity in businesses they have built and then helping them to re-invest in the local real estate market.

In 2004, he founded All Coast Brokers, Inc. with his partner Dave and most recently has devoted his energies to making the firm a leader in local residential and commercial property sales. A top-producer with one of the area's most successful real estate firms, Joe is ready and anxious to serve you.

Dave Berman
Dave began his career in 1965 in the family business, Keystone Realty. In 1971, he became a licensed broker and co-manager until 1980, when he became sole owner.  For fifteen years, he directed a team in successfully closing over 2,000 transactions, including new home sales, resales, land sales and real estate investments. During the same time, he served as a marketing consultant for several area developers, builders and mortgage companies including S & S Construction and the Resolution Trust Corporation.

In 1996, Dave founded another company dedicated to develop video conferencing technologies for the mortgage banking industry, enabling mortgage applications to be taken via a live, face to face interview from real estate offices nationwide to a central mortgage bank. In 2002, he joined a major Huntington Beach real estate firm and was the designated broker from February 2003 until February 2004.  With his partner. Joe, Dave founded All Coast Brokers, Inc. in 2004 and opened their Huntington Beach office in 2005.

Lenny Mawad
After receiving a degree in Civil Engineering, Lenny left his home in Connecticut and moved to California in 1985. This was where he had the opportunity to shift careers and work in the hospitality industry where he could get closer to people and daily interactions with customers. He held various positions in operations, accounting and finally in sales and marketing where he discovered his real passion.

This 17 year span provided Lenny with the foundation necessary to launch a real estate career; after earning his license, he started by selling timeshares for Marriot then transitioned to residential properties in the Orange County coastal area. Lenny has made Seacliff in Huntington Beach his home and workplace for the last four years. He has a unique ability to not only focus on the clients real needs and overall satisfaction, (this comes from many years in the service industry) but also finding the best value in the market.
